Description

支持本地農業的冬蔭公醬主要材料中：香茅、南薑、尖紅椒、檸檬葉，採用二澳的優質農作物製作而成。將青檸、蕃茄、朝天椒和香矛等酸辣食材熬制的冬蔭功湯，具驅濕，滋陰，保護腸胃和驅寒養胃的效用，能有助於強健體質。

本身這醬汁亦需要乾蔥、鱼露和蝦殼提鲜，但素食不能引用以上材料，為了填補原有鹹香味，亦引用Jeffery獨有配方而不含味精和菇粉製作而成，除葷食者外同樣能讓素食者和不食五辛者都能品嚐這道泰國風味。冬蔭功湯是泰國國湯之外有驅濕作用，有很好的滋陰的作用，對於提高體質來說效果不錯，而且還可以有保護腸胃的作用和驅寒養胃的效果。

5年前因身邊朋友影響再加上本身的宗教信仰，開始食素、並轉型成為素食廚師。不同素食店學習和擔任主廚一職，，希望推動素食文化，能帶给大家不同國家的原素和個人一些混合多國的創作！
