Description

Inspired by a tasty anti-inflammatory turmeric shot recipe, we created this gluten-free lime cake with ginger turmeric coconut cream frosting. 
GLUTEN-FREE, EGG-FREE, DAIRY-FREE, NUT-FREE & REFINED-SUGAR FREE. VEGAN/PLANT-BASED
No additives, artificial coloring, gluten, emulsifiers, gelatine.

Ingredients:
Coconut milk, raw coconut sugar*, cold-pressed coconut oil*, garbanzo bean flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, white sorghum flour, fava bean flour, apple cider vinegar, lime essential oil, gluten-free baking powder, gluten-free baking soda, Himalayan sea salt, coconut nectar*, water, arrowroot powder, turmeric powder, ginger oil*. (*certified organic)


• Store: chilled
• Serve: room temperature (sit cake out at indoor ambient temperature 60 minutes prior serving)
• Consume in 2 days
