白罐為小辣 （會怕辣敢吃一點辣的建議小辣）
黑罐為中大辣（辣跟麻的搭配1:1 喜歡辣的推薦黑罐）

辣：捨棄工廠的乾辣椒，改採用台灣新鮮的朝天椒（俗稱小辣椒） 辣椒製程採用低溫烘烤，避免長時間油炸油耗及變質，辣度大概4萬度～10萬度之間 （白罐小辣辣度會更低）

麻：麻度是採用特級大紅袍及青花椒，試了非常多家廠商，終於找到心中理想的麻辣感 
油：捨棄一般低成本的大豆油或調和油，堅持採用知名品牌100%純芥花油，（我猜你家廚房也不太會用大豆油） 芥花油不搶味，且發煙點高，品質穩定，全程溫控，避免變質 
少即是多：簡化一般四川的20多種的中藥味，只加上少許桂皮及大茴香， 給您單純的辣香麻

功效：
提升食物的味道，辣椒能緩解胸腹冷痛，促進唾液分泌，增強食慾，促進消化。辣味品因其具有殺菌、防腐、調味、營養、驅寒等功能。因此，在你的日常菜譜中加入一點辣椒，對身體的健康大有益處。辣椒也是一種很有刺激性的食物，是很多人的最愛，特別是四川人吃辣是出了名的，辣椒不僅僅是它的辣味能夠刺激我們的食慾，對於溫胃驅寒都有很大的功效，對於治療消化不良有很好的效果。
