Description

紫蘇味濃純正，紫蘇梅以古法醃製，保證無防腐劑、糖精及香料。古法主要是以糖、鹽、以汁液完全浸泡及壓重物隔絕空氣法等天然方法防腐，有別於現在一般蜜餞皆添加防腐劑的做法。另天然紫蘇及茶葉味無法像化學香料那麼濃香，但卻是最健康的，因此非常適合養生族羣使用。 質地Q富咀勁，紫蘇味濃純正，梅子是越老越好，特別是五年以上的老梅稱為「藥梅」，對胃腸的幫助最大，又會回甘，但外觀顏色偏黑，賣相不佳，其實越黑的梅子越有價值，本場現在出品的梅子都是超過五年以上的老梅。
