Spark Jams come in three different flavours:

Spark Pineapple Jam with Whisky

Ingredients:Pineapple | Whisky | Togarashi | Thyme

 

Spark Pink Guava Jam with Gin

Ingredients:Pink Guava | Gin | Bird’s Eye Chili | Ginger 

 

Spark Peach Jam with Tequila

Ingredients:Peach | Tequila | Jalapeño | Hibiscus


The inspiration for these jams came from the drive to make jams more versatile and not something to just have with scones. Spark Jams can be used as a cocktail mixer; for example, just add a spoon of the jam to the spirit of your choice and top with soda and ice to make a highball! 

They can also be used in a grilled cheese sandwich, as a BBQ marinade, on a cheeseboard or even as a salad dressing. And of course, they will also shine on a good ol’ toast, scone or crumpet! 

They are handmade in Hong Kong, vegan, gluten-free and contain no nasties. 
Spark jams are generously fruity, with hints of spices and a splash of alcohol. This is your jam.
